FLANNEL: WEAR THE FLANNEL SIDE AGAINST YOUR SKIN AND BLACK SOFT SHELL FLEECE AGAINST YOUR UNDIES.

PLEASE WASH BEFORE USE
WASHER MACHINE AND DRYER SAFE. WASH WITH LIKE CLOTHES. FABRIC SOFTERNER AND DRYER SHEETS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED AS IT AFFECTS ABSORBENCY.
